This part has very high appearance requirements, the defect showed below will not be acceptable, for example, weld line, Dark Sport,Sliver Marks,Gas Trap Effect,Visible Ejector Marks,Deformation,Short shot Filling,Burnt Streaks,Sink Marks,Flash,Over dimension,Under dimension,Stress Crack etc. Moreover, the product finishing surface must meet the requires more than SPI-SPE B-2.
This mould is made in Shiny Mould Factory. It is a mould exported to USA, with complicated structures and high quality requests. Customer needs mold life to be over 1 million shots. We can ensure this mold life and give warrant to our customer that once some mould components are broken during working, if it is caused not by the operation fault from the workers, we can provide new mould components to them free of charge.
