Product Introduction
Ausbond A401 instant adhesive is a kind of cyanoacrylate adhesive with medium viscosity and no sensitivity to surface, used for bonding inert,multi-hole and acid material.
Typical Purposes
Applied for bonding various metals, plastics and elastomers, especially applied for bonding multi-hold absorption material, such as wood,cardboard, leather or textile.
Use Instructions
1. As the bonding speed is too fast, please be sure to fix the workpiece properly before bonding, and ensure the surface of the workpiece is clean and dry without grease, and it is recommended that use Ausbond detergent.
2. Paint this product onto a surface, and then fold the two surface immediately and press firmly.
3.Paint the adhesive as little possible, too much paint will cause the curing speed and bonding strength to reduce.
4.Use Ausbond instant adhesive accelerating agent can accelerate curing, paint it onto a side of the surface to be bonded, paint the adhesive on the other side immediately after volatilizing, and fold the two sides immediately and press firmly;Ausbond instant adhesive rendering agent can be used with it for difficult-bonding material, paint it on the surface evenly and dry, and fold immediately and press firmly after finishing painting.

Storage Conditions
Ideal storage conditions: Store in the cool and dry place, with temperature5~20℃. Best storage temperature is refrigeration under5℃.
