1. Are you factory manufacturer?
A: Yes, we are professional manufacturer, we have our own factory in Guanzhou City,China.
2. Could you offer free sample?
A: Yes,we could offer free sample if we have stock and you just need to pay the shipping cost.
3. Do you have stock? When can i get it if i pay.
A: For items if in stock, we can send out goods to you within 5 days. For items not in stock, we need about 10-15 days to make it depend on your order quantity.
4. What is your MOQ? Can I mix different styles to a start order?
A:Please tell us what products you need first. But we can provide any stock as samples for you check the quality first.
5. Can I order less than your MOQ?
A: Yes, you can order less than our MOQ but i am afraid that the price will be a little higher than normal.
6.Why your price on website not the same as real price?
A:The price on the website is only a rang cost for whole series.The size, color, quantity and exchange rate ect. these factors affect the price.The real price is floating, so prices are subject to our final confirmation.
7. Can you make my owe design?
A:Yes,both real sample and clear picture are ok,please provide the exact size if you send us picture.
8.How about your after servise?
