EC5000 series is a high quality series, and suitable for the industrial engineering and commercial residential engineering field, through a unique current vector control, the motor has excellent control characteristic, suitable for all kinds of mechanical load. Saving a space narrow design is very suitable for enclosure installation with several pieces . It can be easily and quickly installed,connected and debugged, through the English prompt interface. EC5000 series has passed the CE EMC certification.
Technical Characteristics
EC5000 combines the rich industrial application functions, so that it can realize all kinds of field control requirements. To design,test and produce converters in strict accordance with international standard, it is designed better in heat dissipation carrying capacity and electromagnetic compatibility. It provides multi-functional 8 period of digital input, 2 road analog input , 2 road relay output and 2 road open collector output. All this configuration is RS485 serial communication interface. Products are using the standard Modbus communication protocol, and it is built-in input filter in 18.5-560KW. EC5000 series are provincial new products ,its functions of energy-saving operation and automatic current limiting function can ensure normal operation. It is convenient to handle by LED and LCD interface, meanwhile, it is easy to debug with panel parameter copy function. With flame retardant and high reliable main loop connection mode, all series products ensure its safety.The following is advantages of elevators-using
1 . It supports high-performance vector control and open-loop low speed running. It can drive both AC asynchronous motor and permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM), and implement switchover between the two types of motors easily by modifying only one parameter.
2 . It supports direct parallel control and group control of two elevators, and supports the CANbus and Modbus communication protocols for remote monitoring, which reduces the required quantity of travling cables.
3 . It supports a maximum of 40 floors and is widely applied to elevators used in the residence, office buildings, shopping centers, and hospitals.
4 . The personnel who involve in system installation, commissioning, and maintenance must receive necessary safety and use training, understand this manual thoroughly, and have related experience before performing operations.
