The Huawei ME909u-523D is an LTE module with a 145-pin LGA form factor, supporting seven LTE FDD bands.

ME909u-523 Mini PCIe is a variant of ME909u-523 with standard Mini PCIe form factor. It is high-quality designed LTE module which specially for industrial-grade M2M applications such as vehicle telematics, tracking, mobile payment, industrial router, safety monitor and industrial PDAs.
ME909u-523 Mini PCIe supports 100Mbps downlink data rate, includes enhanced features like FOTA, USSD and Huawei enhanced AT commands.
