Other Terms
1. Payment terms
The buyer should pay the prepayment of T/T 30% of the total amount and the left 70% of total amount should be paid to the seller by T/T
2. Delivery time
The producing time is 20 work days after receiving 30% deposit.
3. Inspection
Inspection place is the seller’s factory.
4. Force - majeure circumstances
Due to force majeure the contract may be terminated automatically.
5. Ownership
The ownership of the above mentioned products transfer from the seller to the buyer at time of delivery. If the buyer shall not pay, the ownership of the products belongs to the seller.
6. Arbitrage
All disputes and disagreement that may arouse in connection with the present Contract, both sides of the present Contract could solve by negotiation firstly, or else both sides can go to “Qingdao Arbitration Commission” for a fair solving result.
