Three-layer net production line and technology

It is mainly used in the fields of irrigation engineering, and civil packaging net, etc.

It  specially designed die head to extrude ribs, with various distance and angles, the three ribs shape a space which can drain. The middle rib has more rigidity, which shape rectangular drainage channel. The three ribs have great tensile rigidity and compressive strength, the drainage channel among the ribs can afford high load, it can prevent textile imbedding the net core and make sure the channel expedite. Drainage net can be divided into two types: high strength and high channelization.

Structure features

    The die head adopts helical runner,multi-layer distribution, which could distribute the material uniformly and steadily.

    It adopts special adjusting method to ensure three ribs intersect  into one  point, which makes the net structure more  reasonable.

    It adopts hollow flotage stainless steel sizing cover invented by ourselves.

   The automatic fix length cutter device is set.
