With the development of society, the demand for the natural leather is growing. However, the raw material of natural leather comes from animal skin. One cow has only one piece of natural leather ,so it is difficult to meet the growing demand of market. Therefore, we Research and Develop a new product that we use the wet blue cow leather to make a new“ natural leather”, Named Ecological Cow Leather.
Junhua leather factory mainly manufacture cowhide fiber leather (named ecological cow leather) instead of natural leather in China.The material is made from 80% leather composition,10%PU coating,5%cotton and 5%polyester with 1.2mm-3.0mm thickness , naturally FR and at least 5years`using guarantee.It out-performed traditional genuine leather ,because leather width is the regular 1.37meters ,then it will increase leather use rate ,means that can be made for more furniture sofa. To decrease the labor cost ,it is easy for workers to cut and sew the leather.It is very similar with traditional genuine leather in touch, smell and physical specifications, what`s more, the price is much cheaper than the traditional real leather .It is really a better choice for you to instead of traditional buffalo leather.
