This series of tower cranes, ranging from QTZ31.5 to QTZ315 has a horizontal jib frame, a jib-trolley radius-changing mechanism and a hydraulic self-raising mechanism. It is original in design, reliable in operation and satisfactory in shape. Equipped with all necessary safety devices, these cranes show a good speed-control capacity, satisfactory operating stability and high work efficiency. They can be widely used for the construction of high-rise hotels, residential buildings, high-rise industrial buildings, large-span factory buildings and tower-like buildings like tall chimneys.
Specification of Tower Crane
1) Steel structure
Steel is the essential safety guarantee for tower crane. The steel we use for our tower crane is tower crane usage special square steel from Wuhan Iron and Steel Group. Steel material for those essential parts like lifting jib, tower top, frame etc is 16 Manganese Steel. Thus to assure safety, advance and high performance of the crane.
2) Hoisting Mechanism
We apply following technology of mature three velocity-variation pole motor, big center distance speed reducer, big diameter drum to effectively enhance the life span of crane. And the equipped rope mechanism solves the rope disorder issue effectively. The crane is specially equipped with hydraulic push brake to assure stable and reliable braking and easy maintenance.
3) Swing Mechanism
The speed change system is by rheostat variation of wound rotor motor or by frequency change system. The swing of tower crane is flexible, stable, exact positioning, highly reduced swing impact force and with high safety performance.
4) Luffe
It applies double-speed or three-speed motors for speed change control according to the jib length, easy running control, low impact force,high operation stability and high efficiency.
5) Control System
The Electric elements are from Schneider Company to assure high system reliability. The control cables uses air plug for easy and fast assembling and maintenance.
