Description of belt dryer:
The Mesh belt dryer is a kind of batch, continuous production drying equipment, mainly used for better ventilation sheet, strip, granular materials, such as: preserved fruit, pepper, potato chips, ball games, grain straw, wood, etc., the main heating electric heating, steam heating, hot air heating.
Working principle:
Mesh belt dryer is evenly flat spread the materials on the mesh belt, mesh belt adopts 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt, by transmission device drag the materials move back and forth in dryer, hot air flow through the materials, water vapour discharge from the wet hole, thus achieved the drying purpose, body length is made up by standard section, in order to save area, the dryer can be made multilayer, generally, there are two rooms two layers, two rooms three layers, two rooms five layers, length is 6-40m, effective width is 0.6-3.0 m.

Small floor area, low investment, high efficiency, large capacity, big evaporation strength, standardized production, it can according to yield increase section number.
