Torque Arm Shaft Mounted Gear Reducer Box DXG/TA50-50 For Conveyor Belt
The DXG series shaft mounted gear reducer, made by Zhejiang Dongfang Driving Machine Co.,Ltd, which was wildly used in mechanical transmission such as agriculture, commerce, posts and telecommunications industry, food industry, tobacco industry, automotive industry, cement industry, mining industry, tourism industry and so on.
Characteristics
1. Absolute reliability and low maintenance for the quarry and mine applications
2. Sturdy ductile iron housing suitable for outdoor installation
3. Up to three optional output shaft bore diameters
4. Output shaft rotation in two directions: clockwise(Default) and counterclockwise(Customized)
5. Optional backstop for all models(Excluded ATA30) to prevent backdriving in case of incline conveyors
6. Dimensions are same with Bonfiglioli(TA Series)
7. Double lips oil seal combines the functions of seal and dust-proof
8. Widely used in belt conveyor and pulley drive system

1. After 300-hour operation, please change the oil, and flush the gear uint with suitable detergents.
2. Please do not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.
3. Please check the oil level in regular time.
Storage
1. Please do not store in outdoor.
2. Please put cardboard, wood or other material between the products and floor. the gear box cannot directly touch the floor.
