This pump is designed in accordance with International standard and applies metal shell with tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer (F46) as lining. Pump cover, impeller and shaft sleeves are sintered and shaped from metal inserts which are surrounded by flour plastics while the shaft sealing applies external mounted corrugated pipes mechanical sealing and the inlet and outlet are reinforced by cast steel. This pump has many advantages like corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, no aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced ad rational structure, strict sealing, easy dis-assembly and maintenance, long service life, etc. This product is widely used in chemical industry, pharmacy, petroleum industry, metallurgy, electric power, electro gilding, coloring matters, pesticide, paper making, foodstuff, textile industry etc for long-term transportation of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen nitrate, nitromurlatic acid with different concentration, strong base, strong oxidant, organic solvent, reductant and strong corrosive medium at temperature of -85℃ to 200℃ and it is one of the strongest equipments which are corrosion resistant.Our company products are all designed and optimized by computers and we are equipped with abundant technology strength, fulfilled production experience and full inspection methods, so we are able to guarantee our product quality stable and reliable.Ⅱ.
