Prominent energy transferring rate
Due to the high-efficient design of hammer body and the installation of cushion, the impact energy loss can be extremely minimized. Equipped with pressure accumulator to accelerate drop process and compensate energy loss.
High blow frequency & precise control of ram stroke
High blow frequency largely improves operation efficiency. Precise control of ram stroke ensures accurate piling driving, which is very critical to avoid breakdown caused by sudden unstable movement of ram. In case of pile-driving on soft foundation, slight pitching pile driving will be conducted to protect crane and pile from the sudden drop that may happen on ground.

YC-15 Hydraulic impact hammer can be applied on fixed guide-rail (Round shape and Square type), crane suspension type, offshore guide-rail type and U-shape leads, etc. Regarding working conditions, it covers onshore and offshore pile driving, batter piles, under-water piling (within 5m) and sheet piling, etc. |
