Description:
1. Main driving system: AC motor with inverter are being used. The acceleration and the deceleration are
fast and steady.
2. Operating panel: all functions are operated on the LCD touch panel. you can set all kinds of cutting and
running condition .
3. Central control unit: programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for
automatic transfer and cutting.
4. Cutting positioning system: cutting positioning is controlled by Yaskawa servo motor. it is accurate and
steady . The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is to bear
the load of the cutter seat.
5. Blade feeding positioning system: blade feeding is controlled by Yaskawa servo motor, and the cutting
speed is adjustable in three stages. The efficiency is improved and the best quality is guaranteed.
6. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade: Yaskawa servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade
angle and the angle changing depend on different materials (the angle change range is ±8°). The cutting
angle can be changed directly when the cutting surface is not smooth so you do not need change the
blade. So that it will be efficient
Applications:
Cut all kinds of BOPP, OPP, PP, PVC, PE tapes, protective films, paper, foil, leather, fabric and other
soft materials.
Commercial Terms
(1) Delivery time:Within 25DAYS after 30% advance payments by T/T
(2) Delivery method:Partial with Wooden package or as your requirements
(3) Payment term:Take 30% of the total price as advance payment by
T/T and the balance should be paid off before delivery.
(4) Installation:The seller is responsible for installation and debugging.The whole installation,debugging
and training will take about 3-5 days, and the seller will send professional engineers to install, and the
installation fee is 60USD/day/person.The buyer is responsible for the round-trip.
(5) Guarantee:The seller is responsible for changing the parts which have quality problem of the
machines in one year, except for the wearing parts and the quality were caused by wrong operation
and other man-made factors,and the quality problem should be confirmed by two sides.
