What is anaerobic digester tank ?
Anaerobic digester is widely used as a source in renewable energy . Almost all of the organic waste can use anaerobic digester , like the domestic waste , industry waste , animal waste ect . These wastes can be highly utilize , convert the waste to the green renewable energy .
The anaerobic digester need to do the reaction in a certain temperature condition , so it can make tall the organic material in full reaction . In some sites if the temperature is low , it need to do some insulation in order to keep the temperature in a certain level . If the heat is lose that means waste money , the organic material can’t in full reaction .
Now the glass fused to steel tank is widely used as anaerobic digester tank , for its greatly corrosion will help the reaction can do it smoothly . Anaerobic digester the tightness roof is required , one is glass fused to steel roof , the other is double membrane roof . If you need to collect the biogas , it need to use the double membrane roof ,which can collect and store the biogas . Digester it is not only can collect the biogas (methane) , but also can recyle the remaining material after it finished reaction , it can be as a part of fertilizer .
