Description
1. Working with support rollers together for pipe turning and welding / cutting automaticly.
2. Welding positioner is mainly composed of worktable rotating and tilting unit and electric control system .
3. Worktable rotation is controlled by step-less frequency conversion to achieve a best welding speed .
4. Voltage is 380V 50Hz 3P , or according to your request resetting.

Workpiece welding way
1. We have 3 jaws or 4 jaws chucks for chosen, and pipe diameter from 50 mm to 1200 mm.
2. Special clamps are available,but we have to design according to your work piece detail drawings.
3. Bolt fixed the work piece on the turning table then weld with the automatic welding guns.
