Description:
ZZ-07 Sound Deadening Material contain Aluminum Foil Faced, High Quality Bitumen, Butyl Rubber Based and Releasing Liner which is an enhanced material for high performance of vibration damping and sound deadening.
Logo printing on sheet foil faced is accepted in one or two color.
ZZ-07 Sound Deadening Material eliminate or reduces the vibration of metal sheets
The material is available in 460 x 800 mm x 6mm (18" x 31.5", 236 mil),size can be OEM.
This deadening material can cut or die cut into suitable size to meet the customer’s requirements.
It contain Self Adhesive only on one side which is protected by an easily strippable release liner.
The Self Adhesive is in very high-tack which let the installation easily and high performance for the vibration damping.

Application
Butyl Sound Deadening Material is suitable in applications where it is need to dampen or eliminate the noise from the metal panel
Sound Deadening Material should be applied to a clean dry or painted surface at room temperature with a hand roller to ensure even pressure.
It can be die cut to shape and placed onto the body surface directly on painted panels or after the sheet metal.

For Auto ,noise mainly from engine, car body structure, road, wind and wheel so this Sound Deadening Material suitable for bodies, doors, firewalls, and floors.
Installation
Use scissors, knife or die to cut the mat to the desired size and shape before removing the release liner. Next, remove dust, grease, moisture, and other foreign matter from the application surface. Peel off the release liner.
The simplest application technique is to bend the mat slightly and attach it along its shortest edge. Press the mat firmly into place, using a roller for larger pieces.
The roller reduces the risk of leaving air pockets, which reduce sound damping capacity.
The temperature of the mat and application surface should not be below room temperature during fitting. Heating the material is not necessary.
(Please note:working wolves should used during the deadener insatllation since the sharp edge of foil)
