J67-1000ton Series refractory friction press is designed to make kinds of refractories. It can make
magnesium carbon brick, high aluminum brick, thin refractory bricks etc.

Hongda factory now possesses 600 staff members and 120 engineering technicians in various fields,
among whom there are 15 senior engineers. The company has established special technical R&D center,
and successively cooperated with the metal forging institutes and electromechanical research institutes
and heavy machine research institutes in Beijing, Shanghai and Jinan, as well as other places.
In year of2009, the company newly built a heavy workshop with an area of 10,000 square meters; it is
equipped with 200-ton/75-ton heavy crane, the lifting capacity for single piece reaches nearly 300 tons
and the lifting height is 20 meters.
The factory also invests over 5million us dollar to introduce three large international advanced milling
and boring machine, which is equipped with the unique 140-ton fully numerically-controlled rotary
working table in China. All these greatly enhance the company’s processing capacity, machining
precision and the product manufacture level. All these lay a solid guarantee to the manufacture,
installation and assembly of 4000ton, 6300ton, 8000ton 10,000and 12,500ton friction screw presses
and crank presses.
