Water Curtain Spray Booth The following is one set configuration, total 3 sets:

1.Inside Size:8000×5000×5000mm(LXWXH)

2.Outside size:8150×6800×5500mm(LXWXH)

3.Floor: Use pit, the water curtain cabinet is set in the bottom of cabinet.

1.Grid: Two rows pits of size 6900X840mm.

2.Water Channel:The water channel is cement construction, and reserve the dreg clearance pool, 

the bottom of exhaust fan uses stainless steel welded water falling board.

3.Door: Front & back door, 4 doors, size: 4000X4300mm(WXH), metal plate tongue & groove style door, with round toughened glass;

4.Working door: 1 door, size:800X2000mm(WXH), equipped with pressure lock, round toughened glass & aluminium alloy side pressing.

5.Wallboard: thickness:75mm, width:1150mm, EPS colorful steel skin panel;

6.Lighting system: Ceiling lights: 10 batchX4=40 pcs 36w, side lights: 10 batchX2 pcs=20pcs 36w.

7.Ceiling pieces: Spacer& filter channel are powder coated cold plate, support mesh use 

C style steel construction, powder coated support mesh

8.Roof panel: Tongue & groove galvanized plate.

9.Cabinet method: The cabinet is put on the right( optional). Square steel pipe

 frame,double layer covering board, the middle of covering board is filled with rock wool, powder coated entirely.

10.Air circulation system: 2 sets 7.5KW YDW series double air inlet centrifugal fans, air capability:21000M3 /H

1 set 15kw 482 series double air inlet centrifugal belt pushing exhaust fans, air capability: 35000M3 /H.

The motor is put outside, air exhaust duct equip with manual valve; the bottom of air exhaust cabinet has water curtain filter machine; 

14. Purification System: Primary filter bag, ceiling filter 600G purification, glass silk filter, water curtain filter.

15. Controlling system: Light switch, spray witch, breakdown alarm (prevent power default phase), emergency stop,timer,

air pressure balance gauge.   

16. Total power: 32KW.

Baking booth  The following is one set configuration  Total: 3 set:

1.Inside size: 8000×5000×4500mm(LXWXH)

2.Outside Size: 8150×6800×5000mm(LXWXH)

3.Single side face circulation, one side equips with circulation cabinet.

4.Door: Front & back door, 4 doors, size: 4000X4300mm(WXH), metal plate tongue & groove style door, with round toughened glass. 

5.Working door: 1 door, size:800X2000mm(WXH), equipped with pressure lock, round toughened glass & aluminium alloy side pressing.

6.Wallboard: thickness:75mm, width:1150mm, EPS colorful steel skin panel.

7.Lighting system: Ceiling lights: 10 batchX4=40 pcs 36w.

8.Ceiling pieces: Spacer& filter channel are powder coated cold plate, support mesh use C style steel construction, 

powder coated support mesh.

9.Ceiling board: 50mm EPS ceiling board.

10.Cabinet method: The cabinet is put on the right( optional). Square steel pipe frame,double layer covering board, the middle of covering board is filled with rock wool,

 powder coated entirely.

11.Air circulation system: 1 set 7.5KW YDW series double air inlet centrifugal fans, air capability:21000M3 /H.

12.Purification System: Primary filter bag, ceiling filter 600G purification, glass silk filter, water curtain filter.

13.Heating system: Equipped with one unit of heating system, heating method is electricity, it is set in the up of 

circulation cabinet, use 220kw electric heating pipes. 

14.Controlling system: Light switch, baking witch, controlled silicon,breakdown alarm,prevent power default phase,

temperature setting, baking time setting,emergency stop,timer.
