Scope of Application:
This packing system is quite suitable for the automatic big bag package of powder such as milk powder, detergent powder, spice powder, seasoning powder, curry powder, chocolate powder ,flour, detergent powder, soap powder, etc.
The full system includes:
1 screw conveyer
2 auger filler
3 vertical form, fill and seal machine
4 final product output conveyer
Features:
* imported PLC full computer control system, man-machine interface, large display touch screen operation is easy and simple.
* Servo film pulling system, horizontal sealing servo control, accurate positioning and remarkable performance
* the machine with metering equipments automatically feeding, bag-making, filling, date printing, bag-making, inflatable (exhaust), counting, finished product output process.
* Bag-making forms: pincushion bag, vertical bag according to customers’ requirements
* Adopts rotating screw feeding, independent stirring, servo motor control system, with the characteristics of high speed, high accuracy and stable performance.
