Features:
1. Light weight: Its density is only 0.89-0.92g/cm3, the weight of PPR pipe is just 1/9 of that of steel pipes. Light weight can reduced transportation cost and workload during installation.
2. Healthy and non toxic: PPR pipe is green product, non toxic and pollution free.
3. Long service life: Its service life is longer than other kind of pipes under normal working circumstance( working pressure 10kg/square meter)
4. High temperature resistance: Maximum sustained working temperature is up to 70°C, and the maximum transient working temperature is up to 95°C.
5. Corrosion resistance: It is not rusty, not corrosive, and no bacteria
6. Low thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity is only 0.23-0.24W/MK, which is only 1/250 of steel pipe, so its heat-insulating property is very strong.
7. Low friction factor: Smooth interior walls result in lower pressure loss and higher flow capacity than steel pipes.
8. Firm connection: Because polypropylene has fine performance of thermal melting joint this eliminates the hiden danger of water leakage.
9. Recycled and environment-friendly: No pollution in the process of pipe’s production, installation, usage and the waste material can be recycled, so it is absolute “green product”.
