Usage:The recommended temperature usage range for Qiushui insulation sheet & roll is -70°F to +221°F (-57°C to + 105°C) according to method of application. With full adhesive coverage attachment, the surface to which it is applied may operate to the limit of 176°F (80°C). When used for pipe insulation with adhesive adhering seams and joints only, Qiushui insulation sheet can be applied to lines that will operate to a limit of 221°F (105°C). On cold systems, insulation thicknesses have been calculated to control condensation on the insulation outer surface, as shown in the table of thickness recommendation.

Applicability Description Thermal insulated heat preservation tube material and characteristics JIS A9511:PE-C-P2 standard 1.Low temperature performance: The object does not change at low temperature of 80 degrees,extremely applicable to refigeration and air conditioning industry for cold insulation materal is at super low temperature; 2.Sound absorption: With 100 times independent bubble content structure and more than 75% gases, it has good sound absorption rate and can be used as sound-absorbing materials. 3,Machinability: Very easy to process and can be cut and fit at random,applicable to various forming. 4.Heat insulation: With micro independent bubbles combination,it can effectively reduce energy exchange caused by air convection. |
