1 Spiral Mixer: Two Speed spiral arm with automatic mixing time control to mix small and big quality flour, let it soft and absorb more water.

2 Dough Divider: depends on which way to divide the dough, this machine can form different kinds of bread.

3 Proofer: this is for a good condition for bread fermenting.

4 Tunnel Oven: Baking Scope--bread, cake, moon cake, biscuit, toast baguette and other kinds of similar food.

5 Water Chiller: consistently deliver 2-30C cold water for control of your dough temperature.

6 Cooling and Sterilization: For natural cooling and sterilization before delivery for the next step of the production.

7 Packing machine: for Packing in bag in different style.
