Detailed features of this card:
1. Made of superior artpaper
2. Size : 86 x 54 mm 0.08 mm; thickness: 200 gsm to 500 gsm, customer can freely choose according to their own requirement
3. Crafts: front side CMYK 4-color printing in any customized artwork, back side black printing (mostly user instructions of how to use the card), inkjet printing the variable S/N number,barcode, expiry date and PIN, a \"sanwhich\" panel is used to cover the PIN. The panel is overprinted with customer logo, all of these feasures can absolutely ensure the information\'s security and confidentiality.
4. The barcode beneath the S/N is for the receiver\'s quick scanning purpose, it can be code 128 or code 39. Optional solution for the barcode is QR code, which is also variable card by card or fixed up to customer requirement.
5. The scratch label is pasted onto the card under a big pressure of the machine, other optional crafts of scratch pabel including by printing, by hot stamping or by hologram stamping, by pasting normal grey panel with micro cuts, depending on customer.
6. Other optional anti-fake features (not necessity) : sanwich label, watermark, micro text, temperature sensative ink, fragrance etc.
7. the personlization of the card and scratch pabel\'s apply are completed on one machine by one time, which highly realized the huge capacity and also highly ensured the information\'s security and correct.
8. We introduced a kind of technology called \"OCR\" during this production line, it\'s Optical Character Recognization, which can automatically check the information (PIN,S/N,and expiry date)\'s consistent with each other and integration, if there is information which doesn\'t match it should be or miss to be printed, it will popup the card into a box and meanwhile alarms, this technology better ensures the card\'s quality and ensure the security, this technology is only used in a little few world leading factories and we\'re the one of them.
