Alkali Resistant Chopped Strands ZrO2 16.5%
Chopped strand has excellent properties with alkali resistance, stiffness, bundle-state, aging-proof. Its’ general purpose designed for premixing with other materials and the resulting mix formed by vibration casting or other process into a moulded GRC component.
Product Characteristics

a. Soaked in 100 ℃ saturated Ca(OH)2 insulation for 4 hours, remained filament strength>82%
diameter diminution <0.5% ( test in naked fiber without size and coating )
b. Soaked in 100 ℃, 10% NaOH insulation for 1 hours, weight loss <0.5%
