Description of Amorphous Core Transformer：

Amorphous core transformer is a new energy-saving and environment-friendly  product, recently launched by our company based on market needs.SH-15 amorphous alloy transformer is made by amorphous alloy cores. They are rolled into the shape of three-phase and five-column, thus result the height of this type of transformer is lower than the three-phase and three-column transformer. What’s more, the vacuum oil injection technology greatly improves the insulation level of the transformer. Low-voltage winding generally adopts cylindrical structure by copper foil winding  except a small capacity using copper wires.High-voltage winding adopts multilayer cylindrical structure, it makes the distribution of ampere-turns is balanced and the magnetic flux leakage is small. The high and low voltage coils are winded by wire tension device.They are then shaped by press-fitting, This enhances the ability of intensity and anti-short circuit. And we use the mounting plate when assembling the transformer, this increases the reliability. As for the tank structure and protector, etc, are similar to the whole sealed oil-immersed distribution transformer.

Due to the special magnetic features of amorphous alloy material，the product technical performance indicators have reached the advanced level among the similar products in China at present. So it can replace the silicon steel core transformer, and be used  in the distribution networks of outdoor or indoor. Meanwhile, because of the using of  a fully-sealed structure, the insulating oil and insulating medium can’t contact with air,So it can be operated under any environmental conditions, and is an  ideal distribution equipment in urban and rural distribution networks. The no-load loss of this transformer is only about 30% of the S11 transformer with the same capacity. Compared with S9 transformer of the same capacity, the no-load loss decreases  about 75%, the no-load current falls about 80%. User's operating costs can be greatly reduced, and the social and economic benefits are  excellent.
