Basalt fiber twisting yarnBasalt fiber twisting yarn is made of raw basalt fiber yarn which is twisted one time. In general, the diameter of the raw fiber is less than 11µm. Spun yarn can be roughly divided into weaving yarn and other industrial yarn. The weaving yarn always refers to the cheese yarn.
Applications
1. Basalt fiber textile yarn is used to weave fabric and ribbon which can resist acid, alkaline and heat.
2. Basalt fiber textile can be used to weave base fabric for needled mat and base fabric for electrical insulating board.
3. Basalt fiber textile can be used to produce electrical insulation yarn, sewing thread and tire cord
6. The basalt fiber textile yarn is ideal for producing temperature resistant and corrosion resistant high grade fabric.
7. The production of superior insulation material such as temperature resistant insulation motor, electrical device, and magnet wire can also use it.
8. The basalt fiber textile yarn can be used to weave yarn for high temperature resistant fabrics and high bending modulus and high strength fabrics.
9. It is ideal for the production of radiation-proof and thermo stable woven fabrics, which can bear high temperature range from 650°C-980°C, etc.
