Description
DTY (Draw texturing yarn) is a polyester filament yarn. It is processed by POY with drafting and false twisting. DTY process flow as follows:
Raw materials (PET)→Top roller→First heater→Cooling plate→False Twister→Middle roller→Second heater→Bottom roller→Tanker→Winding.
Applications
DTY is the best material for knitting (weft knitting, warp knitting) or weaving. And it is suitable for the production of apparel fabric (such as suits, shirts), bedding (such as quit cover, bedspread mosquito net) and decorative items (such as curtain fabric, sofa cloth, wall covering fabric, car upholstery), etc. Then fine-denier filament is more suitable for making silk-like fabric, and the coarse denier silk can be made to wool-sense fabric.
