Sheet Molding Compound(SMC Material And Pressing Part)Sheet Molding Compound(SMC Material And Pressing Part)
SMC material is made of SMC chopped strands in length of 2.5mm with content of 15%, 20%, 25% or 30%, mixed polyester resin and flame retardant, and then pressed into material in 1m width and sealed in PVC film bag. It is the basic material for the production of electrical insulation equipment and sport equipment. The finished product is 50kg/carton or 1ton/pallet, one 20’GP can load 20 tons. Delivery in normal container under 22C or frige container above 22C. We now export it to Poland, Italy, S.A., Greece, Vienam, etc. With pressing machine of 500ton, 1000ton, 2500ton and 5000tons, we can make mould to produce different kinds of parts as per clients’ drawing, such as high-speed train seat, insulator, water tank sheet. The final products have good quality to meet client’s design.
