Fiberglass hollow panel (GRP)
The panel is high-strength and energy saved, made of fiberglass, resin and special additive, formed under the ultraviolet ray, plain on both sides and with middle support plate , widly used in Europe. It can take the place of sandwich sheet and sunlight panel in production room, mall and gym. The thickness is from 20mm to 100mm, width from0.5m to 1.2m, length from 6m to 10m.
Property:
a. Insulation, the thermal conductivity coefficient of a 50mm thickness panel is K=2w/m2k;
b. Fire resistance grade B ;
c. Flat surface, light transmittance 85%
no glare in room, illuminance 1000lux, bright but not transparent, good for keeping secret;
d. sound insulation,the sound insulation index of a 50mm thickness panel can reach 28db;
e. light weight, the gram weight of a 50mm thickness panel is 6.8kg;
f. non-toxic, pollution free, acid and alkali resistant, anti-nitride, salt and fat free, only H2O, CO2, CO and dust can be produced in large fire, without any nitride,sulfide, halogen or heavy metal toxic gas. The toxicity is smaller than pine when firing, and the toxicity of smoke is Grade ZA3;
g. with very high mechanical strength, high flexibility, impact resistance, longitudinal bending strength 131MPA, lateral 124MPA,bending strength 80MPA,it is can not be broken and very safe, and can take place of glass curtain wall as partition ;
