The glass mat is made of Dia 3-6μm water dispersible E fiber, by wet processing, the thickness of which is from 0.3mm to 0.8mm, and which can be combined with PVC separator, PE separator, and also used as the base material of Chinese Standard and American Standard compounding separator. The compound battery separator with the glass mat possesses a good vibrating resistance and high machanical intensity. The storage battery with this separator has a good starting ability and longer service.
The finished products’ thickness is 0.3mm,0.4mm,0.5mm,0.6mm,0.7mm,0.8mm, and width is 1300mm, also different cut size or tape roll can be supplied as customers request.
