High-temperature-resistant fiber net for aluminum liquid filtration is professional product of our company, this kind of product is weaved by special technique and with following-process, thus, it has become systematically. Our product is widely used in filtering fine foundry such as car manufacture, motorcycle hub, cylinder piston, aluminum rod, aluminum ingot, aluminum board and other aluminum-alloy fittings.
High-temperature-resistant fiber net for aluminum liquid filtration has following functions:
- Efficiently getting rid of blister, oxide with dust and other useless impurity to enhance quality of aluminum product; in addition, avoiding deleterious effect of other metal component without causing change of aluminum-alloy element and ensure the quality of castings.
- Improve the mechanical quality of aluminum castings; further more, the blanket of aluminum products become more homogeneous and strength of resisting bend is improved.
- Alter the mechanical manufacture capability of aluminum castings and improve the efficiency of processing.
Compared to other filtration net, high-temperature-resistant fiber filtration net does not affect the component of aluminum-alloy; because fiber has ability of absorbing impurity, it benefits for filtering; in addition, it has features of resisting high temperature, good stability of mesh, and conveniently to use; this kind of product is in favor of reusing of garbage either (as the netlike cloth will raid out of the aluminum liquid after the garbage put back into the stove), thus it is suitable for filtering material of grade aluminum alloy casting.
