Fiberglass bushing is mainly used as electrical equipment insulating material, its main product sorts are:

l         FSG soft and spontaneous getting out silicon-gum fiberglass suite-pipeline

This sort of product is professionally manufactured by our company, and it is weaved with C-glass fiber yarn by high temperature processed, and smearing organic silicon and gum.

This product has the capability of electric-media, good spontaneous getting out ability and soft capability, it could be widely used for H-electric machine insulating, insulating of internal fabric thread of energy-saving lamp, refrigerator, air-conditioning television, etc.

Color: Natural color or we cold produce all kinds of colorful suite-pipeline as customers request.

l         Polyester-glass painting pipeline

Polyester-glass painting pipeline is weaved with C-glass fiber, coated with polyester gum, this coat could greatly tie with fiberglass and help to maintain electric-media intensity after seasoning. This product has good capability of electric performance, heat resistant, soft ability, resisting acid, alkali and other organic liquor. It is used for fabric insulating of F-electric machine, electrical equipment and other machine protecting.

Façade: the surface is smooth, orderly, khaki

l         Glass painted pipeline of acrylite

It is weaved with C-glass fiber and coated with acrylite gum under high temperature. This product has faithful electric capability, good heat resistant ability and consisting ability, being painted capability, resists acid, alkali, and organic liquor. It is suitable to used for fabric thread insulating of F(150)-television, electrical equipment, apparatus and radio, or protecting suite of machine.

l         Fiberglass directional texture suite-pipeline

It is made up of C-glass fiber weaved pipeline by high temperature directional texture and steeping high temperature resistant bond, and has the characteristic of high temperature resistant, so it is suitable for fabric thread of electric machine, electrical equipment and protecting suite of electrical equipment lead.

Façade: the pipeline is mellow, and there are following colors: white, red, yellow, blue, black, etc, homogeneous tint

Length: 1000(+20-10) mm (the continuous length could be discussed by the supplier and customer)

Heat resistant: the suite-pipeline will not be sclerotic under the temperature of 500±10 in oven, allows emerging little smoke.

Shearing bore characteristics: it is smooth and not diffuse.
