1. 1.     Workingprinciple:

Coal rods machine is a machinetool for the different shape of the powder coal. Its working principle is: themotor through the triangle belt transmission to the transmission, thetransmission output shaft through the floating coupling to push the propulsionshaft, the propulsion shaft to promote the coal feed through the forming die,and then give birth to an ideal high pressure coal rod.

2. 1.  The installation of spare parts must bethoroughly cleaned, removal of the transport or storage of a long time of rust,and check the parts are not damaged.

3. 2.   Based on the diagram on the basis of concrete pouring, and concrete screw,after the solidification of the coal rod machine dipping in concrete based onscrew alignment, two concrete grouting, anchor bolts to be solidified, correctthe machine level, the machine can be stable test machine.

4. 3.  Before the test machine will be thelubrication of lubrication, oil content is moderate. Check all the bolts ifthere is a loose phenomenon, and tighten. Point to move the machine to see ifthere is a foreign body or abnormal sound. All confirmed that no party canstart running. And check the power direction is correct.

5. 4.  The machine idle for 3~5 minutes, then allthe normal feeding  trial, new machinefeeding should be uniform, moderate (wet and dry water generally contain12%~15%).

2. 1.       Everyshift before the boot of the rotation is flexible; there is no abnormal sound,empty machine running 2-3 minutes to feed production.

3. 2.       Rawmaterials must be processed , the maximum particle size of less than 3mm,adding water, adding binder, curing agent, can be used by mixing retting after24 hours.

4. 3.       Feedthe blockage, using wood or bamboo dredge, avoid the use of metal bar.

5. 4.       Themachine rotating part of the bearing should be the temperature is not more than60 degrees.
