Q1: What is your price of the glitter leather or glitter fabric?
It depends on your required quantity, colors and differnet backing.
Q2: What is the quality of the product?
1, The quality is very high(No Shading difference, no scratches, no lines etc). And we usually provide continuos glitter fabric, which can save clients’ cost to some degree. It also can reach EN71-part 3;
2,not much glitter to peel off.
Q3: Why different batches of goods come in different colors?
This product is made of glitter powder, glitter powder is characterized by rich colors, but due to the
characteristics, difficult in color mixing. But we would surely chromatic aberration control in a small range.
Q4: What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 30 yards or 50 yards per color when the surface is with single color. And it is 200yards/meters /color when the surface is mixed colors .(1 yard=0.914m)
But for some colors, we usually make stock. Then there is no MOQ at all. But it is also better to order in the times of 10 meters.
Q5: Are the samples free charged?
Yes, most samples are free charged. But for first cooperation, please pay the shipping cost. After first cooperation, the shipping cost will be paid by us. The shipping cost is usually from USD25-USD40 by paypal. And the shipping time of samples is from 3-5 working days by TNT,FEDEX ,UPS,DHL EXPRESS.
Q6: How long will the samples be finished developing if we send samples to you?
3-7days if the quantity of colors is not many.
Q7: What is the delivery date of the mass production?
7-15days; For urgent ones, they can be finished from 5-7days.
Q8: How about the package?
We will use strong plastic bags and one krafts bag to package the goods with strong tube.
Q9: How many yards / meters one roll?
50 yards /roll or as customer's requirement.
Q10: How many meters one 20ft container can contain?
It usually can contain 15,000 meters to 18,000 meters.
Q11: For wall covering, what kind of adhesive I can use?
It usually needs a very special adhesive. For the exact name, would you please inquire your local decoration companys. They are very special on this.
Q12: What kind of payment you accept?
We can accept Paypal, T/T and Western Union ,Escrow and Cash of course.
Q13: Do you accept return or refund?
After the goods have been delivered to you within 2 weeks, if there is quality problem or we send the wrong goods to you, we will accept return or refund. Otherwise we will not be responsible for this. But such mistake will rarely happen, since we will recheck the goods twice. And please keep the goods in very dry and ventilate warehouse. If you keep them in wet place, it will cause mould.
Q14: Will you help us to reduce our tax?
Yes, we will help clients to save their tax as much as possible. And if the destination country is UK, we will help clients to keep their DUTY free.
