1. What will be the delivery time?
A: We have large quantities in stock for normal color and size led diode, and for special color and size,
it needs about 3-5 days to customize. 100K pcs leds are available for most of our models in normal
color and size.
2. What will be the price terms of the led order?
A: We accept FOB, EXW, C&F normally, other terms are according to customers\' special requirements.
3. What will be the payment terms and payment methods?
A: Payment methods: T/T transaction, PayPal, Western Union, Escrow, Money Gram.
Payment terms: 100% before production for amount below USD5000; 30% deposit before production
and balance before shipment for amount above USD5000; other terms are negotiable.
4. What is the function of each different wavelength?
A: 265-310nm is mainly used for sterilization and disinfection;
365-380nm is mainly used for money detection, inspection;
395-440nm is mainly used for led nail lamp and helping the stem growth of plant and driving midges;
440-470nm is mainly used for the growth of the plant leaves;
600-610nm is mainly used for making the flowers more brilliant;
620-680nm is mainly used for extending the flowering period of plant;
730-740nm is mainly used for nurturing seedlings of plant;
850nm is mainly used for monitoring and camera.
5. What is the color temperature for white color?
A: HHE\'s LED lighting offers white led diode in warm white, natural white, pure white and cool white
with color temperature measured in Kelvin(K). The lower the color temperature is, the warmer the light
emitted by the LED;
Warm white=2500-3500K Natural white=4000-6000K Pure white=6000-9000K Cool white=9000-20000K6. What is CRI(Color Rendering Index)?
A: CRI is a figure which feedback the real objects colors. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LEDs,
the CRI is mostly 70-80Ra.

A: The main chips we use for our led diodes is mostly imported Cree&Bridgelux from USA, Epistar&
