Description
1 High pressure air spray of water

2 Water Automatic Controlling Device
To avoid of shutting down dueing to too much water and feedings, the machine is equipped with automatic water controlling device, non-feedings or too much feeding, the pump will automatically shut down. When the volume reaches a certain point then the pump will open automatically.
3 Reasonable suction system
The machine runs under a fully high pressure, a amount of air goes into the polishing zone when, Making the brown rice in a loose float chamber, meanwhile to take out the bran and humid air to the equipment to reduce the temperature and humidity to be sure the products with a shiny and smooth surface also for storage for long.
4 High Strength and Durable Mirror Roller
Polishing roller, bushing, screw conveyor and sieve, they are all made of stainless steel to extend for using. After polisher the uniform and excellent white rice appearance
