Construction method of fiberglass mesh in exterior wall insulation fiberglass mesh
Put the stick cotton toward the interior side from the roof to the wall foot, with double-sided adhesive fiberglass mesh cloth fixed on the bottom of the purlins and leaving another 20cm.
Truncate the fiberglass mesh cloth when it is 20cm over the top of wall purlin, and fix it with self-adhesive fiberglass mesh tape.
Close the mesh edge and install color plate.
Keep attentions of the glass fiber mesh cloth tension, alignment and the close seams between rolls. According to JBJ26-95 “civil building energy-saving design standard” in the same area, glass cotton selection criterion is different.
The low temperature region generally chooses high density glass fibre mesh with high thickness. The highland area uses low temperature low density thickness.
Connection ways of thermal insulation layer, the protective layer and
structure layer are the following: connecting rod bracket, oblique
connecting rod bracket, the long screw and bonding agent.
It is suggested that the following four are more convenient options:
nailing scheme, expansion bolts program, embedded steel or plastic
reinforcement scheme, stick and nail combined program. These programs
are not only to facilitate construction but also have better durability.
