Pipe joint welding machine
Purpose:
The machine used to grind the weld joints after the straight tube butt welding. The equipment has two sets of tube rotation system .the grinder with oscillation grinding device.
Iutroduction :
(1)The machine used to grind the weld joints after the straight tube butt welding.
(2)It has two sets tube rotation system, a grinder with oscillation grinding device. Which can adjust different weld joints of width tubes with a oscillation scope of 0—70mm. For example: tube butt weld joints diameter is 51*5, welding width is 15mm, welding joints diameter is 57mm. After the process of grinding, the welding joints diameter changed into 51mm, and the whole process only takes 8 seconds.
(3)During the operation, operator just need to make the weld joints aimed at the grinding head, and pushing button will accomplish the whole weld joints grinding process.
