Uniaxial drawworks features:
1)Uniaxial drawworks the main components AC inverter motor, gear reducer, hydraulic disc brakes, rack winch
drum shaft assembly, automatic drilling equipment and winch control system components.
2)High gear transmission efficiency, low vibration, low noise, long service life.
3)Drawworks CVT done by CNC AC variable speed control system.
4)Grooved drum drawworks uniaxial structure, slotted to API specification.
5)Drawworks main brake is hydraulic disc brakes, brake assist Eaton as dynamic braking or braking.
6)Winches with separate CNC AC variable frequency drives and computer control systems , enabling
automatic drilling.
Triaxial four-speed chain drive winch features:
1)Shaft supports are made of roller bearings, shaft material are alloy steel.
2)Drive chain were forced lubrication.
3)Drum grooving. Drum high and low end with a ventilating air tube clutch. Cyclic rim with brake water cooled,
disc brake rotors using forced circulation water cooling or air cooling, on the rim and brake disc friction
surface by surface hardening, wear resistance and long service life.
4)Sprocket tooth profile surface by IF quenching.
5)Main brake band brake or hydraulic disc brakes. Auxiliary brake is dynamic braking, eddy current brake or
Eaton brakes.
