Application/Function
1. Effective filtration controller for aqueous drilling fluids;
2. Increases viscosity and can be used in salt-saturated systems;
3. Can have a deflocculating effect in seawater systems.
Recommended Treatment
Add CMH in concentration of 1.4 to 11.4 kg/m3 (0.5 to 4.0 lb/bbl) to any system. Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.
