Ball Mill Liners Description:
A. Martensitic Cr-Mo Alloy Steel Mill Liners
With our special double-media quenching process,the liners can achieve the following features:
1. Ideal hardness: HRC50-55
2. Ideal toughness value: AK30~100J
3. Even hardness distribution: the hardness difference from surface to the core of each piece of liner casting is less than HRC1.
4. Better wear performance:Their anti-wear properties are 1.5 times as much as those of high manganese steel.
B. High Cr White Iron Mill Liners
1. In wet process,based on specific working condition,we also would like to recommend 18Cr or Cr23 liners,which service life will be more than twice of high Mn Steel liners (13%Mn) in same working condition.
2. In cement mills,we recommend 12%Cr or 15%Cr liners.
In the recent 20 years,our liners have been widely used in large,medium and small ball mills in Chinese power generation,mining,cement,Chemical engineering and metallurgical industries and super fine pulverizing equipments.It is the only recommended liner product in the latest standard of the electric-power industry in China.
