The pipe is three layer pipe, inner payer and outer layer are soft PVC material with fiber in the middle layer. It is transparent and non-poisonous. It is anti-pressure, anti-tension, and ti-arc, etc. The pipe is the best choice for gas and liquid supply when under temperature condition of 0-65℃.
Process flow:
Raw material+ additive → mixing → granulating → conveying feeding → single screw extruder → extruding mould → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-off → fiber winder → warm-up oven → single screw extruder → mould → spray cooling water tank → belt haul-ff → meter measurer → winder → finished product inspecting & packing
