IXPE/XPE electron beam/chemical cross-link PE foam is produced by the LLDPE and EVA as main material, adding AC as vesicant and other chemical materials, after mixing, processing, forming, then it will be eradiated by high energy electron beam procreant by industry electron accelerator, or adding some peroxide crosslinking in the raw material, after cross linking reaction, foaming, calibration, post treatment, etc to get the final product. This product is the top quality closed-cell foam material, with the features of excellent physical and mechanical properties, beautiful surface, comfortable hand feeling, high hot workability, etc. IXPE/XPE cross-link foamed material has the advantages of smooth surface, tenacious, good features of heat-insulation, high corrosion resistance, good rebound resilience, low water absorptive, good hand feeling, etc. It is widely used in automobile manufacture industry, air conditioner refrigeration industry, packaging, building construction, agriculture, sports goods, entertainment, daily life, etc.
