Process flow:
Raw material → vacuum feeding → material dryness → single screw extruder → spiral mould → high-speed cooling calibrator, high level water tank → water cooler → dip-in vacuum calibration tank → dip-in cooling water tank → dip-in cooling water tank → spray-code printer → belt haul-off → double winder → finished product inspecting & packing
