Work Theory:

It is inner heating conductive drying equipment; the wet materials gain the heating from the wall of the roller to dehydrate the water. The heating is transferred from the inner roller wall to the outer wall and then goes through the film. The thermal efficiency is very high, so it can be continuously operated. It is widely used for drying liquid or paste materials.

Application:

◆Wide application for various kinds of materials and different output requirement
◆High thermal efficiency, usually it is between 80% to 90%
◆Short drying time: The whole drying period is about 10-15 seconds; it is very suitable for heating sensitivity materials.
