Using rubber hauling roller matched with the waveform of sheets, it provides more smooth traction. Its automatic angular cutter ensure the cutting section tidy. It can be cut by metering length.

1. This production line is mainly used to produce PVC corrugated tile which width is 720, 930, 1100mm, thickness is 2mm, 2.5mm 3mm.

2. PVC single layer roof tile production line consists of conical double-screw extruder SJZ80/156(main motor: 55kw, capacity: 360kg/h), 40Cr extruding tool, oven& forming machine, haul-off, cutter, stacker;

3. PVC and ASA or PMMA compound roof tile production line consists of conical double screw extruder SJZ80/156, single screw co-extruder, extruding tool, calendar, forming machines for main tile and ridge tiles, haul-off, cutter, stacker;
