III. : Description:
1. Rinsing empty bottle, filling, and capping functions from jst machinery are integrated in one system, fully automatic synchronized working.
2. Bottle travels on neck to neck from in-feed till out-feed resulting scratch free movement of bottle.
3. Pressure filling nozzles deliver fast, efficient, and accurate dispensing with minimal dripping and leakage.
4. No Bottle No Filling, no caps no capping, no caps auto stops
5. When bottle jam auto stop, machine accident auto stop
6. Open the window when machine running, machine auto paused
7. Heavy duty stainless steel filling pump & rinsing pump
8. Food grade 316L or 304stainless steel contact parts, smooth & fine polish,no dead angles
9. Adopted first class component from Mitsubishi, OMRON, SIEMENS, With PLC, invertors control, touch screen, sensor, switch and other electric parts.
10. Machine and cable arrangement designed according to CE standard and all safety standard.
11. PLC control system, color touch screen display.
12.This machine has function of no bottle no filling, no filling no adding pump, no pump no adding outer cap (optional).
13. Working process: bottle unscrambling(optional)--bottle washing (option)--filling--adding pump--adding outer cap--screw capping--labeling (option)--coding (option).
14. Machine is compact, high speed, high performance and high degree of automation.
