Description:
The wax pouring type candle making machine made by China DLC machinery Co.,limited is used to make candle in pouring method.
1. Melt the solid wax (paraffin, palm wax or soy wax etc.) into liquid state
2. Mix with wax pigment (optional to make colored candle)
3. Turn on the water pump to feed cool water into the candle machine
4. Put the candle wick through the candle moulds on the machine
5. Pour the liquid wax into the candle moulds
6. Scrap out the surplus wax above the candle moulds after wax get solidified.
7. Extrude out the candles from the moulds
8. Cut off the wick thread from the top of candle
9. Pack the candle into plastic bags or wrapped with paper
10. Put the wrapped candle into carton and carry to warehouse
11. Prepare for next cycle of production
The pouring type candle making machine has fixed moulds, each machine can make one diameter of candle, the candle length can be adjusted within 10mm. The popular candle size and production rate is listed below:

Diameter 47mm, length 180mm, 54 pcs/hour,3-4 cycles/hour

Any custom candle size is available if you provide us before production.
The candle factory should have at least five areas. Candle production shop, cooling water tower area, wax melting area, raw material warehouse, finish product warehouse.
