CATOS Engineering specializes in selective wave solder pallets. Designed by engineers with extensive wave solder experience, our pallets enable customers to automate the soldering of through-hole components on complex electronic assemblies.
There is an ever increasing demand for the many different kinds of Solderin Pallets due to the introduction of double sided printed circuit board assembly. CATOS has a complete in-house facility to design and manufacture pallets or your soldering needs. Our Selective Wave Pallets provide masking for gold fingers, mounting holes, and bottom side SMT components while our Wave Solder Fixtures are manufactured from ESD composite material and are designed to withstand the thermal environments of wave solder .
